Good for normal use but driving at a track or in Mexico at 100mph+ the brakes fade extremely quickly and lose stopping power, then begin to warp a bit (goes a way after a while but sucks in the moment) I had a couple "Oh xxxx" moments underestimating the brakes due to them being hot. Brakes are not nearly big enough for the power this car has. Handling is great, but you don't get any feedback from the steering wheel and steering is super light (electric pwsteering). Trunk is pretty spacious, with back seats down it can easily fit skis or snowboards and other long but not too wide cargo cause it has a chokepoint between the trunk and the seats which limits width. Auto-dimming rearview mirror is a blessing, and blindspot camera (if yours has it) is very useful. Back seats fit up to 3 average sized adults for trips not too long, great rearseat room for a coupe. MPG is listed at 18/28 but you can realistically get a bit more than 30 on the highway if you use cruise control or don't drive too fast (65-75). V6 sounds like pure sex, especially at 4900rpm and up (VTEC range), redlines about 7000rpm, has lots of torque so you can pass in 6th on the highway very easily. Manual transmission has very aggressive gearing, 1st doesn't need any throttle at all to get going and can at time start in 2nd, 80mph 3000rpm in 6th. Shifter feels a wee bit numb, but cause it has rubber bushings. Leather seats are very comfortable, but the suspension is a bit bumpy at times (its not a german luxury car so its not a big deal). Has a lot of grip, but steering is numb and very light. Put's mustangs and some chargers/challengers to shame. TLDR, very little other cars give you this much fun without sacrificing functionality, reliability, mileage, or comfort.ĭoesn't get terrible mileage as long as you don't drive it like a maniac.
